Privacy policy.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect through mintedstudio.si, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.
Who we are
The data controller is [company name / s.p.], [address], [postcode] Ljubljana, Slovenia, tax number [SI00000000]. For any question about your personal data, email us at [email].
What we collect and why
Contact form. When you write to us through the form, we process what you enter: your name, email address, brand or company name, the services you selected, your rough budget and your message. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and, if relevant, to prepare a proposal.
Email. If you email us directly, we process your email address and message for the same purpose.
Technical data. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of visit. This is needed to show the site and protect it from abuse.
We don’t use analytics or advertising tools on this site, and we don’t track your visit.
Legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing a proposal: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
- Technical data: our legitimate interest in running the site securely and reliably (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Sending us your details through the form is voluntary. Without an email address we can’t reply to you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to [12 months] after our last contact. If an enquiry turns into a project, we keep the data for as long as the law requires (for example, accounting rules). The hosting provider keeps technical data only briefly, under its own policies.
Who else processes it
We don’t sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. These providers (processors) help us run the site:
- Cloudflare, Inc. – website hosting and protection against attacks
- Web3Forms – forwarding contact form messages to our inbox
- [email provider] – receiving and storing email
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Send your request to [email]; we’ll reply within one month.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec RS), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
